sold my mio c220 with miopocket.. with igo8 on it..
bought an s50 and unlucked it tried to use the igo that i used on my mio but it wont work ...cant read database...is there a special igo for my widescreen unit? by the way what is the screen size of navman s50? 480x252?
please help me wich igo i can use..
i have tried a modified data.zip in 480X252
same issue "Database cant be read"...

| You're probably trying to use a build version of iGO8 dating before June 3rd (v8.0.0.41506) on the Navman. Check your private messages for more information. |

IGO8 works like a charm on my S50.
Did you make sure, that the data file contains a 480X272 (the correct size of the S50 display  ) |

I have just purchased a new Navman S50 and after unlocking, I tried to start iGO 8 (480x272 skin), it starts but it will not cover the whole screen, only the left top corner equivalent to 320x240
Can anyone shed a light????

False Alarm people. I just forgot to edit the "Sys.txt". By the way, this is what the "Sys.txt" should be for iGO8 on S50 (480x272).

Are you french ? i am french too...if you succeed in install IGO8 on your S50 could you explain me how to proceed on a S70. Bonjour Daniel si tu as réussi à installer IGO8 sur ton S50 peux-tu m'expliquer comment tu as procéder? malgré être unlocké, mon S70 refuse l'installe de IGO8....HELP (AU SECOURS quoi...)merci  |
