hi all good to be here!!
i am just about to try to unlock my s30 and was ready to back up the files on the navman, i have downloaded microsoft activsync and installed it but it is not noticing my mobile device however the navman is showing up as removable disc (G):,can i back up all the software on the navman through the removable disc and unlock my navman from there or is there a particular reason for using active sync?

p.s when i go into removable disc (G) it looks like all the files are there  |

Don't be afraid. Backup your files using explorer (or what ever file manager you use) from the new disk G: to some backup location, probably on your hard disk.
I already tried both directions (from and to Navman) and it works. |

| ok thanks mate got it unlocked ,now do i need to buy tomtom or can i download it from torrent ,pm me with torrent that i can use if you have one,thanks. |
