You need: Igo8 for PNA + the "8" maps etc.

Make sure that the data file in Igo8 contains a 480X272 folder!

Then goto the Igo folder and find a file called SYS.TXT. Open the file and erase all it contains. Then add this instead:

[folders]
app="%SDCARD%/iGO8"

[interface]
skin="ui_igo8"
resolution_dir="480_272"
vga=0

[rawdisplay]
class="landscape"
screen_x=480
screen_y=272

[gps]
port=2
baud=4800

[debug]
skip_eula=1
enable_roadshadow=1

[map]
auto_nightmode=0

[msnd]
msnd.start=0

Thats all! Works VERY well on my S50! I have not tested the TMC and the building-3D function, but i think it works too!

I have been usinf Igo8 for a couple of days now. I think its a GREAT navigational tool - my new favorite!

Have fun Smile

Hello!

On Navman S30 it wont work. He shows me INIT API and nothing...

I thing it so, because the s30 has a smaller memory (only 32mb, S50 has 64mb)

I will test another versions... perhaps it will work !

What is the size of the display in S30?
32MB is not much, but with some tricks it should be able to work. The trick is to take away what S30 don`t need. However...32 is not much...

Works flawlessly in Mio Moov330 EU.

Why baud only 4800?
Is it product dependant?
On my Moov i used autodetect and it put it on COM2@57600.

My sys.txt:
[interface]
skin="ui_igo8"
resolution_dir="480_272"
vga=0
maxzoom2d=6000000
show_exit=1

[rawdisplay]
screen_x=480
screen_y=272
class="landscape"

[debug]
skip_eula=1
enable_roadshadow=1

[map]
auto_nightmode=1

[msnd]
msnd.start=0

Yes, because the pna loads automatically the original software.
