navman s80 keyboard greyed out

hi,
i have managed to install mn7 so far with maps but for some reason i cant get the keyboard to work?
when i goto select address the keyboard letters go all grey
is ther a fix that i have missed?????




any help would be appreceiated

cancel last order,,
i reinstalled the maps and all is good
