Service Pack 2 problem

I installed servicepack 2 on my S90 and was happy to find that the crashing problem now has been fixed. But for some reason the unlock doesn't work anymore. When I try to reinstall the unlock nothing happens.
Tried to copy all the files to the set but it still boots up in SmartST...

I was wondering if that happens ...

Did you do a backup of the "working" configuration?

Just downgrade again ... if possible...

I have tried with the original Navdesk on the PC and SP1 with no luck.
I have not dared to delete any of the system files on the unit yet...
Anyone got any ideas ?
