Navman Unlocked and Mio Moov Unlocked

First of all this is a great forum, i have found lots of useful info for my Navman iCN 520.
But i now have a problem....
I had tried installing tomtom5 previously by pasting some files (my flash disk & storage card) onto the navman that i got from another source. I couldnt get it to work so i did a hard reset and i then kept getting an error message on screen saying 'Cannot find /Program Files/Navigator/TomTom Navigator (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available' and it wont run smart st now either.
I thought i'd really messed it up by this point so i decided to unlock it using the tahtu metod and then try to install tomtom5 that way. Everything worked fine until it came to installing the maps, there wasnt enough room on either the storage card (im using the standard sd card) or the navman to install the maps Sad

So i got fed up with it and did another hard reset and now im back to getting that error message again.
Is there any way i can get it back to normal again as i really need this for work (im a delivery driver) or can anyone tell me how i could get tomtom to work?

Im sorry to trouble you with my problem but im desperate to get it working again.
