Okay, I tried Registry Workshop yet it crashes every time I select "init" subkey.
Mobile Registry Editor no longer exists. The website has been overwritten and no longer exists for it and I can not find another source for this program.
I can not find another remote registry editing tool.
Someone mentioned that the registry can be edited on the device but I am at a loss as to how to do it. I tried searching on GPSpassion yet the majority of info out there is in french and I am not a linguist.
Can anyone help me on this? I am trying to see if I can get better results if I run TomTom on the device since the maps that Navman has are very out of date. I just purchase dthe device and have a window of about 4 days to try and accomplish this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
By the way, I have the Navman icn530 right now.
Thanks in advance,

Here's a new download link to Mobile Registry Editor. (76k)
TRE (TascalRegEdit HPC) allows you to edit the registry on the Navman itself. Of course the device needs to be unlocked before you can use it. |

Thanks! Was now able to get the PocketPC menu loaded and running. On the icn530, there is a Launch 80 and a Launch90 setting in "init". I just renamed and added the Launch80.
