How far can you overclock the xscale chip in an iCN 520 without doing damage? I find the system remains stable at 400Mhz. 472Mhz is fine for emulators but, for me, Tomtom and TCPMP become slightly unstable at that speed.
Has anyone measured the battery life at different clock speeds? |

| You should always reset the Navman back to its default speed before switching it off. Failing to do this may mean that a hard-reset is required to switch it on again. |

Which program do you use to overclock Navman?
I have tried with XCLKCFG (by Xania, I think) but I would like to now if it is posible to use others like Xcpuscalar or Pocket Hack Master wich have more control of CPU? |

Pocket Hack Master v4.13.031
I haven't tested this program fully. Use it at your own risk.
Install
Download: Pocket Hack Master Dlls
Unpack and copy these dlls to the Pocket Hack Master folder
Load Pocket Hack Master.exe into a hex-editor on your desktop PC (UltraEdit or Hex Workshop).
Replace references to:
AYGSHELL with AYGSHELP
mfcce300 with mfcce301
olece300 with olece301
It doesn't seem to do anything.
I can't get XCPUScalar 2007 to work on the Navman. |
