Depending on where you live, downloading from GameBoy Color and Snes ROM-hosting sites might be perfectly legal. Many of the ROMs hosted on such sites are classified as Abandonware. It's a bit of a gray area legally, but I know of two ROM sites that comply with all the requests from the Interactive Digital Software Association / ESA.

| I'm not sure how flexible forumwise are on the whole issue of ROMs. I would imagine posting links to ROM sites, rather than linking to specific ROM files would be okay. |
