on 530 can just load GSFinder or similar to make shortcut. It is a CE explorer software and simply locate the exe, press and hold. In pop up select make shortcut. Press and hold on shortcut select cut. Move to Startup dir (or wherever) and press and hold select paste. Done.
Vaguely recall seeing that 720 couldn't make shortcuts. This was solution:
Jambutty posted this on a 720 thread.
If the 720 works in a similar way to the older iCNs then you can create the shortcuts manually using a text editor (notepad).
The format is: path_length_including_quotes#"full_path_and_filename"
So a shortcut to the contacts.exe program in the Navman's [windows] folder would look like this: 23#"\Windows\Contacts.exe"
Finally rename the file from name.txt to name.lnk
23 is total charas including "s in the path. |

Mumi if you read 2 posts previous you would have your answer!!
create the shortcuts manually using a text editor (notepad).

So a shortcut to the contacts.exe program in the Navman's [windows] folder would look like this:
23#"\Windows\Contacts.exe"
Finally rename the file from name.txt to name.lnk (in your case Mio=name)
23 is total charas including "s in the path. |
