Cant' find my product key!

Hi all -
I am new to this board and am looking for some help. I have a ICN550 that I bought in March of 2006. I am the original owner and am trying to load the SmartST 2005 software on a new laptop. I am also trying to re-load all of the maps back on to my nav unit. I am getting querried to enter product keys for the app and the maps (2 different keys with the same format). I have gone through all of my original packaging and cannot find this info. Can anyone tell me where I should be looking? Any help would surely be appreciated.

From memory my keys were on the disk sleeves (white paper). Box is long gone so can't check that. You should have a file on the unit called CDkey.dat it may have one of required keys - not sure). You might try contacting Navman themselves Smile

My sleeves are blank. The "Navman" folder on the unit has been deleted so if there was a cdkey.dat file there - it's gone now. I emailed Navman and am waiting for a reply. My question to them will be: why in the world would you supply the discs without the pruduct keys? I paid $550 for this unit and I expect the software to be usable Evil or Very Mad. Sorry - I'm venting.

Thanks for your responses.
The problem turned out to be my laptop as it has something blocking certain internet connections. I hooked up my icn to my desktop and had no problem accessing Navman's site and retrieving the keys. All is well now. Very Happy
