Hi All, I have just unlocked my Navman 530 and I am looking to install either TT or Mio Maps and I was wondering if you can download speed cameras to each one and POI.
I have a subscription to pocketgps so I can get my POI and speedcamera files but I was wondering how to download them to these two systems? |

POI edit will convert to format required by TomTom (ov2) which yoo save to Map folder. Put bmp for POI in same folder.
Not sure how to do for mio/igo but pretty sure it is possible (now waiting for someone to explain how) |

Thanks Dmart, I have no problems getting the POI but which map folders should they go to - I think I should install TT first then possibly come back to this question |

TomTom maps go into the root directory of storage card (in folder with 'country name').
If TT6.01 or above you will need to modify a registry setting in Navman. This is simple to do and several methods are available to automate the process in the event a hard reset is ever made (or if flat battery). |
