Applications that install but won't work.
Don't waste your time trying these applications they're pure
evil to install and won't work properly with the Navman when
they load.
Please add to this list.
Here's one to start you off.
MapKing aka Papagov 10
Required dlls
Note_prj
Aygshell
Problems
Loads fine and the GPS works, but a problem with the taskbar
and too many missing on screen features makes it look shoddy. |

Spb FullScreenKeyboard v3.0.1
Required dlls
ATLCE300
AYGSHELL
DOCLIST
IMGDECMP
INKX
MFCCE300
RICHINK
ZLIB
Problems
With the right dlls installed, FullscreenKeyboard will load on the Navman. However, if the keyboard is minimized, or when another application is loaded, there is no way to access the keyboard again, not even from the taskbar.
Keyboard options window won't show. Short of editing the registry manually, there's no way to change the keyboard settings.
Works in the Navman's landscape and portrait modes so long as the skin is set to StandardQVGAPortrait. Keys will not function properly when the skin is set to StandardQVGA, even when the rotate skin option is changed in the registry.
Perhaps you would have better luck with an older version. I suggest you stick with Calligrapher. The built-in keyboard with auto-complete text is just as good as this one. |

Pocket Stars 5.1.5
Required dlls
AYGSHELL
CELLCORE
DOCLIST
IMGDECMP
MFCC300
OLECE300
ZLIB
Problems:
There is no way to access the World Pages (Globe icon) on the Navman, therefore you can not set your position either manually, or via GPS. You can not access sextant calculation, time and environment pages either. Apart from that, everything else works. |

PocketCaprice v0.8
Portrait or Landscape
Problem
Loads up ok and the applications and games emulate fine, but the built-in keyboard tool isn't properly aligned to the touch screen, rendering the emulator useless.
Adding Aygshell.dll to the PocketCaprice folder, or hex editing PocketCaprice.exe to work with aygshelp.dll produces the same problem.
If you want to try it for yourself, you'll need to open cap32.cfg in notepad and edit the various file and folder pathways to point to your install location.
Add imgdecmp.dll and zlib.dll to the folder if it won't load. If you find a configuration that works please post it. |

Pocket e Sword
Launches fine but doesn't show text.
Requirements:
.net compact frame 1.1
Webview.dll
HTMLView.dll
Coredl2.dll
aygshell.dll
inkx.dll
IXRESDLL.dll
RichInk.dll
RIRESDLL.dll
STINK.DLL
IMGDECMP.dll
ZLIB.DLL
SQLCE 2.0
ssce20.dll
sscea20.dll
sscemw20.dll
The Problem
The program launches and all the menu items can be accessed on the Navman. Unfortunately because the program makes use of Intelliprog's Forms.HTMLViewer and Forms.RichINK dlls, text from the bibles is not displayed. |

BIBLE QUOTE
Would somebody try the attached BibleQuote program on Navman? I don't have the Navman PDA, but on my PDA (Loox N100) this is THE only Bible program that works. Put it in any folder with the zipped Bible files (don't unzip them!). I attach the KJV and the ASV versions as well.
h**p://ppc-bq.narod.ru/bq0.5.6.zip - link for the program
